A new perspective on burnout Research and application in health care

Consorzio Universitario Humanitas

Since the modern concept of burnout was introduced in the 1970’s it attracted quite some attention, both from scientists as well as practitioners. This webinar presents a state-of-the-art overview and seeks to answer four issues: (1) What is burnout? (2) How often does burnout occur? (3) How does the workplace contribute to burnout? (4) How to prevent burnout? Throughout the webinar a distinction will be made between mild burnout complaints and burnout disorder.
